Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

All products deemed to be incorrect have a 7 day money back guarantee – provided that:

• The product has not been used in any way,
• Is in its original condition and packaging
• Original proof of payment/ invoice is furnished
• Goods correctly supplied and returned after this period are subject to a 20% handling fee.
• Audionetics will not be liable for any courier costs / collection as a result of returns on correctly supplied products.

REFUND POLICY

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method (e.g., credit card, EFT) within 5 - 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
